Whole Hoop Cheese

Description

The old timers walk into Stone Brothers and you can see it in their eyes.  They want a big slab of our sharp, red wax hoop cheese.   It’s perfect for holiday mac and cheese, pimento cheese or just for eating.  We’ll send you a whole hoop of red wax cheese from the mountains of NC.  A hoop weighs approximately 22 pounds.
